Our Goal and Aim is to help you maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime by offering an extensive range of preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental procedures for patients of all ages. This includes people that might not have Dental Insurance or Dental Benefits.

- 15% off our most current fee schedule for dental services we provide

*Initial memberships start the day you pay the membership fee and end the one day prior of the following year. Renewals will auto-commence on the same day of the following year.
**Children up to the age of 18
Your membership fee is good for one year from membership date. For all dental services covered at the 15% discount, payment in full is due at the time of service.
Exclusions Including but Not Limited To:
- Some treatments that require being seen by a specialist, including some periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics and pedodontics.
- Lost dentures or other removable appliances such as night guards, bleaching trays, aligners or retainers.
- Some cosmetic products.
- Procedures or conditions under worker’s compensation.
- The membership plan cannot be used as a supplement to dental insurance.
- In-office dispensing of medications.
- Promotional services such as teeth whitening.
